Choose any one option among 'Start With New Label Format' or 'Open With Existing Label Format'. Select new label format by choosing any one option 'Select from template' or 'create label by using wizard' or 'create label with blank format'.
Select category, add color, and click OK button.
You can add symbol and set its size, color, and other effects.
You can use rectangular property and to set width and height.
